Reflexology is on your feet or your neck and face. You will need to remove your shoes and socks and relax on my massage couch. The facial holistic treatment uses pressure-point massage, hot towels, facial elixir, Asian body mapping, and gua sha tools and crystals to lift the face and mood, offering visible rejuvenating results.

This really depends on you! After your first treatment, I will give you feedback, and I can tailor a plan for you. Clients do benefit from regular treatments weekly or monthly, and it is also fine to have a one-off treatment too! If you do have a special occasion coming up like a wedding or holiday, I would recommend having facial reflexology weekly to give you that glow, tighten facial muscles and reduce fine lines and wrinkles.

A full consultation will be required before your first treatment. Contraindications include blood clotting issues, areas of infection or contagious disease, e.g. shingles. If you have had Botox or fillers, you can't have facial reflexology for 3 weeks. You will feel very relaxed after a treatment. Occasionally, there are some temporary symptoms, including increased urination, cold-like symptoms or an emotional release. These tend to last no more than 24 hours.
